A full hour CD of personal stories told by Elizabeth Summers who is sharing happenings which offered guidance to her in quite unique ways. For instance, Spirit used a rotweiller dog, a bread baker machine, a tonsured Corvette driver, a screaching mother bird-just to name a few- to guide her through some trying but growth oriented times.

This CD, also soon to be an ebook, has taken ten years and counting to compile.

The title was given to Elizabeth by Spirit over ten years ago while she was in her kitchen in Redding, CA. Since cooking is her hobby, the kitchen became and still is, a location of great insights to solutions to everyday life via her "hearing" from Spirit.
