Numbers, represented through Esoteric Numerology, are codes of information showing all who understand them the directions in their lives, their emotional selves, careers and even compatibility choices.
As we begin a new year in the month of January, the first month of the calendar year, the focus on Number One is most appropriate.
Years ago, there was a pop song called “the leader of the pack” and that certainly is the Number One energy.
Strong-willed, innovative, determined , sometimes stubborn, goal - oriented…this is the energy of Number One describing those born in January or on the first, tenth, or twenty-eighth of any month.
In astrology, the Number One is associated with Aries, the “firebrand” of the zodiac. In Tarot, the Magician card and all the Aces of the Minor Arcana are carrying this vibration to interpret.
In western Numerology, the letters A, J, S, found in a birth name have Number One equivalents. The birth name represents past life memories of human experiences that are now coming forth in the subconscious to bubble up to be used like tools.
A “balanced” representation in a birth name for the Number One states that there should be only three or four Number One letters in the birth name to be “just fine”…know how to lead, begin, create, be courageous. More than four Ones and we just might have a bully or bossy person on our hands attitudinally!

The key concept to remember about the Number One is that it is about “new beginnings”. This energy provides opportunities to begin again, look at new opportunities, express courage to move forward and just get the job done!
The blessings of the Number One are creativity, energy, confidence, and its initiative as a self-starter.
